1. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • A valid receipt/order confirmation is required.

    Return requests should be submitted within 1 day of delivery.

2. How to Request a Refund/Return

  • Return the product following the instructions provided.

  • Return shipping costs may apply. Customers are responsible unless the item is damaged/defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If a delivered product is damaged or defective:

  • Provide a photo/video proof.

  • We will issue a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days to your original method of payment once the return is received and inspected.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Perishable goods or personalized/custom products, once dispatched, are non-refundable.
